光散射法实时测量蒸汽湿度

【摘要】 对光散射测量蒸汽湿度作了较大的改进.根据米氏理论计算了球形粒子的消光系数,针对蒸汽中水滴的分布计算了水滴的平均消光系数,并修正了前向散射误差.建立的测量系统可同时测出湿度和水滴平均直径.

【Abstract】 Some important improvements of measurements for steam humidity by meansof light scattering are proposed. Extinction coefficient of spherical particles is calculatedwith Mie’s theory and, in accordance with the distribution of water droplets, the averageextinction coefficient is calculated. The error is modified for forward scattering. The estab-lished measurement system can measure steam humidity and average diameter of waterdroplets simultaneously.
