【Abstract】 The pharmacokinetics of 5-fluorouracil （5-Fu） was studied in 10 rabbits that received renal artery infusion of 5-Fu. The concentration of 5-Fu in serum was measured with high performance liquid chromatography. The pharmacokinetic parameters were found to be: T_1/2α 6.14 min, T_1/2β 72.78 min, AUC 0.42 mg/L·min, Co 17.23 μg/ml.
