肾动脉灌注5-氟尿嘧啶在兔体内的药代动力学研究
Pharmacokinetic analysis of renal artery infusion of 5-fluorouracil to rabbits
【摘要】 应用高压液相色谱法(HPLC)测定5-氟尿嘧啶(5-Fu)血清浓度,并对10只免经肾动脉灌注5-Fu的药代动力学进行研究。其药代动力学参数了,T1/2α为6.14min,T1/2β为72.78min,AUC为0.42nag/L.min,Co为17.23 μs/ml,提示5-Fu在兔体内的衰减呈二房室模型。
【Abstract】 The pharmacokinetics of 5-fluorouracil (5-Fu) was studied in 10 rabbits that received renal artery infusion of 5-Fu. The concentration of 5-Fu in serum was measured with high performance liquid chromatography. The pharmacokinetic parameters were found to be: T1/2α 6.14 min, T1/2β 72.78 min, AUC 0.42 mg/L·min, Co 17.23 μg/ml. The result demonstrated that attenuation of 5-Fu in serum was of a two-compartment model.
