山楂抗癌有效成分的研究
A study on the effective composition in hawthorn to inhibite cancer
【摘要】 应用柱层析和薄层层析对山楂提取物进行分离和纯化。从中分离出两种物质。经核磁共振、质谱、光谱和化学鉴定,这两种物质是金丝桃甙和多酚类化合物。实验证明,这种多酚类化合物是较强的抗癌有效成分,可以消除亚硝酸盐,其消除率为86.4%,能抑制人淋巴细胞程序外DNA损伤,其抑制率为71.5%;可以使接种艾氏腹水癌的昆明小鼠的生命延长18d,其生命延长率为180%。
【Abstract】 On the basis of our study of the effects of hawthorn extraction to eliminate nitrite, to block up the synthesis of nitrosamine and to inhibite cancer of animals, hawthorn extraction was separated and purified by means of column chromatogrophy and TLC. By means of NMR, mass spectrum, spectra and chemical identification, two substances were isolated from the extracted juice of hawthorn. They were hyperin and a polyphenol compound. The compound was found to be an effective composition for the inhibition of cancer. It could eliminate 86.4 per cent of nitrite, inhibite 71.5 per cent of the damage of unscheduled DNA synthesis of human lymphoid cells and prolong the life of Kunming mice which had been vaccinted with ascites cancer. The life span was prolonged 18 days. The rate of prolonged life was 180 percent.
