抗氧化酶活性增龄性改变与肾功能关系的研究
Changes of the activities of antioxidation enzyme by aging and its relation with renal function
【摘要】 对238例不同年龄组健康人红细胞超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱苷肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)和血浆丙二醛(MDA)、肌酐(SCr)、尿素氮(BUN)进行了检测。结果显示:①SOD、GSH-Px、CAT活性随年龄增加有下降趋势;MDA、SCr矫正值、BUN含量随年龄递增有升高趋势;各指标15岁~、30岁~组与50岁~、65岁~组比较有显著差异(P<0.01)。②SOD、GSH-Px、CAT与SCr矫正值、BUN含量呈负相关(T=—0.63~—0.88;P<0.001);MDA与SCr矫正值、BUN含量呈正相关(T=0.66,0.76;P<0.001)。结果表明,抗氧化酶活性降低,脂质过氧化增加与老化有关;提示自由基代谢失衡可能系老年人肾功能减退原因之一。
【Abstract】 Superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-P_x), and catalasc (CAT) activities in the RBC, and malondialdehyde (MDA), SCr, and BUN contents in the serum of 238 healthy individuals in the four age groups were measured. The results showed that ① SOD, GSH-P_x, and CAT activities decreased with the increase of age; and MDA, corrected SCr value, and BUN contents had the tendency to rise gradually with the increase of age; the indicators for the groups of age 15~and 30~were significantly different from those for the groups of age 50~and 65~(P<0.01); ② there were negative correlations between SOD, GSH-P_x, and CAT activites, and the corrected SCr value and BUN contents, there were positive correlations between MDA, and the corrected SCr value and BUN contents. It was concluded that the decline of antioxidation enzyme activites and increase of lipoperoxidation level was one of the important factors for aging and degeneration of the renal function in the aged.
