【摘要】 应用¹²⁵Ⅰ-UdR释放法,对14例狼疮性肾炎病人及14例正常对照者外周血自然杀伤细胞活性进行了观察,结果发现狼疮性肾炎病人杀伤细胞活性显著低于正常对照者。其中2例病人应用强的松治疗后,自然杀伤细胞活性明显提高。更多还原

【Abstract】 The natural killer（NK） activities in 14 normal individuals and 14 patients with lupus nephritis were studied with ¹²⁵I—UdR release method. The results showed that the NK activities in patients with lupus nephritis were significantly lower than those of normals. In two patients treated with prednisone, the NK activities increased significantly after the prednisone treatment.更多还原
