【摘要】 测定了在日粮中添加原矿或焙烧海泡石作为微量矿物质饲料添加剂后, 肉鸡的生长速度、饲料转化率及7项血液生化指标.结果表明:饲喂原矿或经焙烧的海泡石添加剂后.均有促进生长、降低饲料消耗的作用.其中以添加经焙烧的海泡石0.5%的效果最好,增重比对照组高19%(P<0.01),饲料报酬为2.46:1,平均每只鸡少耗饲料0.64kg;各项生化指标除SDS外,其测定平均值与对照组差异不显著(P>0.05),海泡石是一种有发展前途的新型饲料添加剂.更多还原

【Abstract】 Effects of sepiolite additive on body gain, feed conversion and serum biochemistry values were examined in the experiment with 600 chickens. The results show that sepiolite additive can improve the growth of the chickens and feed conversion.The treatment with 0.5% cooked sepiolite increased body gain by 19% over the control (P<0.01), decreased feed consumption by 0.64 kg per chicken. The feed conversion was 2.46:1. No obvious differences (P>0.05) in serum biochemistry values were observed except SDS. We conclude that sepiolite additive is a good feed additive without side effects.更多还原
