辣椒种质资源对烟草花叶病毒和黄瓜花叶病毒的抗病性

【摘要】 通过苗期鉴定1000余份辣椒种质资源对烟草花叶病毒(TMV)和黄瓜花叶病毒的(CMV)抗病性,筛选出抗(耐)TMV的材料185份,抗(耐)CMV的材料152份,其中兼抗二病的材料82份.研究结果表明,辣椒种质资源对CMV的抗病性与其对TMV的抗病性具有极显著回归关系,不同类型辣椒种质资源对TMV的抗病性存有显著差异,但对CMV的抗病性差异不显著.

【Abstract】 Over l000 Capsicum annuum varieties and lines were mach nically inoculated with isolates of TMV and CMV from Hunan, Jiangsu and Shanxi at the seedling stage in greenhouse to assess their resistance to TMV and CMV. There were 185 varieties resistant to TMV(RRI≥3) and 152 varieties resistant to CMV among them, of which 82 varieties were resistant to both viruses. The result showed that there was a significant regression relationship (P<0.01) between the resistance to CMV and that to TMV of pepper varieties assessed. Resistance of C. annuum var fascioculatum to TMV was greater than var longum (P<0.01). and var grossum (P<0.05). However there were no significant differences among their resistance to CMV.
