湖南小鹅瘟防治的研究 Ⅲ. 小鹅瘟高免血清防治效果及其保护期试验

【摘要】 制备4批小鹅瘟高免血清,用这些血清进行保护试验、治疗试验、保护期试验和田间防治试验的结果表明,2~3日龄雏鹅注射高免血清0.5~1mL,抵抗自然感染的保护率达95%~100%,抵抗强毒株(剂量为0.5×10-2mL)感染的保护率为80%~100%;5~7日龄病雏注射高免血清2~4mL,治愈率为86%;2~3日龄雏鹅注射高免血清1mL,对人工感染和自然感染的保护期至少有15d;田间试验共预防雏鹅2816只,保护率为97.1%,治疗雏鹅5943只,治愈率为78.8%。结果证明高免血清是防治小鹅瘟的较理想的制剂。

【Abstract】 Experiments were designed to test the protection efficiency, treatment effect,protection period and field preventive effect on gosling plague of three groups of highly im-mune serum (HIS). When gosling at 2nd3rd were injected 0. 51 mL HIS, under naturaland powerful virus (C-85-F3 dose 0. 5×10-2 mL) infection conditions, the protection ratewas 95%100% and 80%100% respectively. When diseased goslings were injected 24mL HIS, the curative rate was 86%. When an injection of 1 mL HIS was given to gosling, theprotection period under artificial and natural infection conditions was at least as long as 15days. In field preventive trials, the protection rate was 97.1% for 2 816 experimental gosling,curative rate was as high as 78.8% from an experiment including 5 943 goslings. Accoreingto the results, we could conclude that HIS was good enough to prevent and to cure goslingplague, it could completely control the spreaed of gosling plague.
