苧麻基因资源纤维产量和品质的解剖学估测研究

【摘要】 采用麻茎解剖学方法估测头麻92个,二、三麻各45个苧麻基因资源(品种)的单株纤维产量和品质,结果如下:(1)与产量和支数有关的7个解剖因子均有显著的季别间和品种间差异。(2)产量估测值的品种间变化,头麻为1.62~4.60g/株,二麻为1.34~4.50g/株,三麻为1.49~5.93g/株,其中达县84号,贵州青园麻和汉寿肉麻等品种,3季麻平均估测值>3.8g/株;二、三麻估测值与实测值的相关系数分别为0.634**和0.590**。(3)不同品种纤维支数估测值。头、二、三麻分别为1625~2916支,1229~2174支和1214~2091支,其中浏阳鸡骨白、邵阳黄皮种、乐昌青皮苧、遵义团蔸麻、平乐黄金麻等品种3季麻平均估测支数接近或超过2000支;二、三麻估测值与实测值的相关系数达到0.858**和0.893**。

【Abstract】 92 ramie (Boehmeria nivea (L.)Gaud.) genetic resources (varieties) for crop 1,and 45 for crop 2 and 3 respectively from all the ramie production counties of China, werestudiedinana to my in 1989. The results were as follows: The correlation coefficients were 0.634* *and0.590* *for the anatomically estimated (AE) fibre yield/plant and the field measured (FM)one of ramie genetic resources for crop 2 and 3 respectively. The varieties "Daxian No. 84","Guizhouqingyuanma" and "Hanshourouma" etc. all had the highest AE fibre yield on the aver-age of the three crops, more than 3.8 g/plant, with over 3.5 g/plant FM fibre yield on aver-age for crop 2 and 3, followed by "Liuyangjigubai", "Pinglehuangjingma" and "SichuangqingzaNo. 5-2" etc. , having the equivalents of more than 3.1 g/plant and over 3.0 g/plant. thecorrelation coefficients of the AE fibre count and the laboratory tested (LT) one were0.858* * and 0.893* * for crop 2 and 3. The varieties "Liuyangjigubai","Shaoyanghuangpizhong", "Lechangqingpizhu", "Zunyituandouma" and "Pinglehuangjingma"etc. had the highest AE fibre count on the average of the three crops, close to or more than 2000 count (m/g), with the LT fibre count over 1860 on average for crop 2 and 3.
