茶树六种无机元素含量年周期动态研究

【摘要】 研究了3个无性系茶树品种的成熟叶片、嫩梢(正常芽和对夹叶)及不同器官(嫩梗、嫩叶)内6种元素(钙、镁、铁、锰、锌、铜)的含量及年周期的变化。结果表明,成熟叶片含钙量变化趋势是,3个品种的春叶及东湖早的夏叶均与叶龄呈负相关。政和大白茶、毛蟹的夏叶和3个品种的秋叶含量则与叶龄呈正相关。各品种叶片含镁量与叶龄呈2次曲线相关,而铁、锰、锌、铜元素的含量均与叶龄呈正相关。正常芽叶钙.镁.铁、锌,铜含量高于对夹叶,而含锰量则相反,对夹叶高于正常芽叶。嫩梗钙、镁含量高于嫩叶,而铁、锰、锌、铜的含量则有随季节不同交替变化的趋势。

【Abstract】 Investigations of the contents of 6 minerals(Fe, Mn, Mg, Ca, Zn,Cu) in mature leaves and young shoots, stems, and leaves of 3 tea varieties(Zhenhedabai, Dongfuzao and Maoxie) show that Cu content is negatively corre-lated to leaf age in spring leaves of the three varieties and in summer leaves ofDongfuzao, but positively correlated to leaf age in summer leaves of Zhenghed-abai and Maoxie and autumn leaves of the three varieties. leaf Mg content of all thevarieties is in double curve corelation to leaf age. Fe, Mn, Zn and Cu contentsare positively correlated to leaf age. The content of Ca, Mg, Fe, Zn and Cu innormal bud leaves is higher than that in banjhi, but Mn content is reverse. TheCa and Mg content in young stem is higher than that in young leaves, while thecontent of Fe, Mn, Zn and Cu is changing with the seasons.
