太阳能热处理理论基础
THE THEORETICAL FOUNDATION OF HEAT TREATMENT WITH SOLAR ENERGY
【摘要】 本文介绍了太阳辐射能的主要性质及有关技术数据;高密度太阳能源的获取方法;太阳能炉的功率及最高加热温度的计算方法;太阳能加热金属的物理基础;导出了太阳能加热金属的热传导计算数学模型;并给出了一组太阳能加热T8A钢加热区的温度分布及加热、冷却速率与时间关系曲线。
【Abstract】 This paper introduces briefly the main properties of solar radiation, the technical data in its application, and the method to obtain a high density solar radiation. The calculating to method of the power and obtainable temperature at the focal point of a olar iurnace, and the physical foundation of metal heated by solar radiation are described. The mathematic model about heat conduction of metal heated by high density solar radiation has been established. A group of characteristic curves concerning the temperature field distribution, the heating/cooling rate vs time in the heated zone of T8A steel are given.
