新型抗癌配合物的研究Ⅱ钯(Ⅱ)—葡聚糖—二齿胺配合物的抗癌活性
A Study of New Model Antitumor Complexes——Complexes of pd(Ⅱ)-Dextran-Bidentate Amine as Antitumor Agent
【摘要】 在我们以前工作的基础上,为寻找低毒高效的抗癌金属配合物,本文合成了多种由生物大分子配位的金属配合物,用元素分析,红外光谱,原子吸收等方法对配合物的中间体进行了表征,用紫外分光光度法检验配合物的形成,用MTT法考察了他们的抗癌活性,结果表明,所试化合物优于或相当于顺铂和MTX的活性.
【Abstract】 In this paper,pd (II) or pt (II) complexes with ethylene-diamine, 1, 3- propane diamine and 2, 3-bipyridyl as"inert radical", nitrate and dextran sulphate as "leaving radical" are synthesized. Compexes containing inert radical have been identified by elementary analysis and IR spectra. The formation of the complexes has been demonstrated by uv absorption spectra. The complexes are tested by MTT method for antitumor activity. The results show that the activity of the complexes are comparable or higher than cis-DDP or MTX.
