缝管捕集原子吸收光谱法测定锰
Determination of Manganese by Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrometry Using Slotted Atom-Trapping with a Quartz Tube
【摘要】 本文研究了测定微量锰的缝管捕集—火焰原子吸收光谱法.考察了如火焰燃烧器高度、燃气比大小、光束位置和缝管结构等各种因素对灵敏度的影响,建立了测定锰的适宜条件.该法比常规法灵敏度提高到3.4倍.
【Abstract】 In this paper,flame atomic absorption spectrometry(FAAS) using the slotted atom-trapping technique(SATT)with a quartz tube was studied for manganese determination. The effects of air current, position of light beam,position of flame combustioner and structure of the slotted tube on the analytical sensitivity was examined. Appropriate conditions for determination of manganese are established.This method yielded 3.4 times the sensitivity of convemtional FAAS.
