新试剂P—NPAQ与铜(Ⅱ)显色反应的研究及应用
Color Reaction of a New Reagent P-NPAQ with Copper and Its Application
【摘要】 新显色剂p-NPAQ在吐温-80存在下,pH=10.0的NaHCO3Na2CO3缓冲介质中与铜(Ⅱ)形成红色配合物,组成比为Cu(Ⅱ):pNPAQ=1:4.其最大吸收在614nm处,摩尔吸光系数为4.1×104L.mol-1.cm-1.铜(Ⅱ)量在0~11.6μg/10mL范围内服从比尔定律.
【Abstract】 In the presence of Tween-80, the new chromogenic reagent p-NPAQ can form red complexes with copper in a NaHCO3-Na2CO3 buffer with pH=10.0, the stoichiometric ratio of which is 1:4(Cu(Ⅱ):p-NPAQ). The complex has the maximum absorption at 614 nm with a molar absorption of 4.1×104L·mo1-1·cm-1. Beer’s law is found to be obeyed in the range of 0-11.6 μg/10 mL.
