断续切削时刀具切出破损原因的探讨
Exit Tool Fracture durig Interrupted Cuttiug
【摘要】 利用三维有限元法,研完了断续切削切出过程中的刃前区及前刀面的应力场,发现断续切削刀具破损的力学原因在于不连续平面交点区域应力变化的影响和切出力矩的影响,引起了剪切角的偏转.研究了负剪切和毛刺的生成与刀具破损原因之间的内在联系,提出了减轻刀具破损的措施.
【Abstract】 The s-tress fields of the zone of woskpiece ahead tool and tool rate face during interrupted cutting are presented through three dimensional FEM.l(?)is discovered that both the stress change effecfs on the joint zone of nou-continuous face and the momentforce during exit lead to the defleetiom of shear angle resulting in tool fracture The internal relationships between the negative shear and burr and fracture are studied with the new meth- ods fo avoid fracture provided.
