生理低压舱的微机控制
Microcomputer Control of Physiological Low Pressure Chamber
【摘要】 分析了生理低压舱高度(代表气压)升降机理及其在低海拔高度的特性,用解耦及PID控制算法在ACS工业控制机上实现舱内高度升降速度、停留高度、新风流量、温度及湿度的微机控制,具有报警、参数显示打印、被控量曲线显示及键盘实时干预功能,操作方便。经测试,具有较高的控制精度。介绍了控制方案及程序。
【Abstract】 A microcomputer system for physiological low pressure chamber control was developed. Its lifting velocity, retention altitude, fresh air flow, temperature and humidity are controlled by decoupling and PID algorithm. And the system possesses the functions of alarm, parameter display and print, history curve display of controlled variables and real-time modification by keyboard. The results of testing show that the control accuracy is satisfactory. The mechanism of chamber lifting and its natures at low altitude are also analysed.
