螺吡喃吲哚啉类光致变色化合物的合成与LB膜研究
Synthesis of Photochromic Spiropyranindolines and Study on Their Langmuir-Blodgett Films
【摘要】 合成了光致变色化合物6′-硝基-1-乙基-8′-二十二酸甲酯-3,3-二甲基螺[2H-1-苯并吡喃-2′,2-吲哚啉)(简称SP2-22)和6′-硝基-1-十八烷基-8′-二十二酸甲酯-3,3-二甲基螺[2H-1-苯并吡喃-2′,2-吲哚啉](简称SP18-22)。制备了单分子层的Langmuir-Blodgett Films(简称LB膜)。根据膜的表面压力-面积等温曲线(π-A),研究了光线、温度、pH值及掺入正-十八烷的量等因素对SP18-22成膜性能的影响,发现了当成膜组分中SP18-22与正-十八烷的摩尔比为1:2时,其成膜性能最佳。
【Abstract】 In order to form the monolayers of Langmuir-Blodgett Films (short for LB films), two photochromic compounds, 6′-nitro-1-ethyl-3,3-dimethyl-8′-docosanoyloxyspiro(2 H-1-benzopyran-2,2′-indoline) (SP2-22) and 6′-nitro-1-octadecyl-3,3′-dimethyl-6′-nitro-8′-docosanoyloxyspiro(2H-1-benzopyran-2,2′-indoline) (SP18-22) were synthesized.According to the surface pressure-area (π-A) isotherm of LB films, the factors which mostly affect the capability of forming LB films of SP18-22, such as light, temperature, pH and the quantity of n-octane added to, were studied.By the results of our comparative experiment, we found out that the capability of forming LB films is best when the mole ratio of SP18-22: n-octane is 1:2.
