超细α-FeOOH表面包敷剂的作用机制
Mechanism of the Ultrafine Geothite Coating
【摘要】 研究了包敷磷酸盐和稀土氧化物对α-FeOOH分散性、γ-Fe2O3热稳定性和磁性能的影响规律。结果发现,包敷磷酸盐能明显提高γ-Fe2O3磁性能。此类包敷剂的作用效应为六偏磷酸钠>高聚磷酸钠>焦磷酸钠。La2O3可阻止γ-Fe2O3烧结和相变,该作册源于La3+在γ-Fe2O3晶格母体的填隙和La2O3与γ-Fe2O3间的界面化学作用。
【Abstract】 The influences of coated phosphate and rare earth metal oxide on dispersion of ultrafine geothite, thermal stability and magnetism of γ-Fe2O3 were studied. It was shown that the coated phosphate can obviously enhance the magnetism of γ-Fe2O3 and the coating effect of phosphate is as follow: sodium metaphosphate>sodium tripolyphosphate>sodium pyrophosphate. La2O3 not only hinders the γ-Fe2O3 particles sintering, but also suppresses the phase transformation. This is due to La3+ ions packing in the intervals of γ-Fe2O3 lattice and the chemical action of La2O3 and γ-Fe2O3 interface.
