【Abstract】 This article describes the necessity, content, and methods adout the immigrants hygiene design of the great engineering in detail and investigates the environmental medicine backgrounds of biological factors, geologic chemistry and Physical factors etc,taking the example of the immigrants of the famous Yang Zhi River Three Gorge.
