【摘要】 本文对北京市通县某乡办炼铅厂的环境污染情况及对附近儿童健康的影响进行了调查研究。结果表明,该厂附近小学校的大气铅和尘土铅含量明显高于对照,其大气铅含量超过国家卫生标准13倍。其儿童家中室内尘土铅含量亦高于对照(P<0.001)。同时,这些儿童的血铅和尿铅值均高于对照(P<0.01)。其中血铅>40μg/dl的儿童的视觉运动反应时的测定值高于血铅≤40μg/dl的儿童。提示该厂对环境的铅污染对附近儿童的健康造成了一定危害和威胁。更多还原

【Abstract】 The effects of a rural Lead-smelting mill in Beijing on the environmental Lead level and the children’s health were investigated. The results showed that the Pb levels in the air and the dustfall of the Primary school near the mill were much higher than that of the control school. The Pb levels of the indoor dustfall were also higher in the school children’s houses than in the contool’s houses (P< 0.001). Compared with the children of the control school, the average levels of blood Pb and urine Pb of these children were significantly increased ( P<0.01 ), and their functions of the central nervous system were sightly damaged. The results suggested that the Pollution of Lead caused by the mill had damaged the health of the children near the area.更多还原
