小麦发芽期锌的毒害作用和钙的去毒害作用研究

【摘要】 试验表明,较高浓度的Zn2+对小麦种子的发芽和α-淀粉酶的活性有抑制作用.设置了胚芽鞘长/胚芽鞘粗和主胚根长/主胚根粗两项相对生长指标,发现:随Zn2+处理浓度的提高,两项指标均逐渐下降.饱和CaCO3和0.5%CaCl2溶液对80ppmZn2+处理过的小麦幼苗的毒害具一定解毒作用.对Ca2+和pH条件与种子发芽时的形态建成和α-淀粉酶活性之间的关系进行了讨论.

【Abstract】 A relatively systematic study of zinc influence on the morphogenesis and α-amylase activity in germination of wheat and was made. Zn2+ with 20, 40,80,160 and 320 ppm gradually inhibited had an opposite effect. Suggested are two relative growth indices: the ratio of coleotile length/coleoptile diameter (CL/CD) and radicle length/radicle diameter(RL/RD),and it was found that the CL/CD and RL/RD ratios gradually decreased,with the increase in Zn2+ concentrations, Saturated solutions of CaCO3 and 5% CaCl2 could,to a certain extent, relieve the wheat seedlings treated by 80 ppm Zn2+ of the toxicity. Furthermore, the relationships of Ca2+ and pH condition with morphogenesis and the activity of α-amylase in germination of wheats were studied and discussed
