慢中子对高T_c超导体的中子辐照效应
Effect of slow - neutron irradiation on high T_c superconductor
【摘要】 研究了低通量慢中子对高T_c超导体的辐照效应。实验结果表明,高T_c超导体YBCO烧结样品经5.2×10~8n/cm~2通量慢中子辐照后,临界电流密度J_c可以提高~3倍。与国外文献对比,证实了低通量慢中子与高通量快中子对高T_c超导体具有等同的辐照效应。此外,还对辐照效应的等同性进行了理论分析。
【Abstract】 The effect of slow-neutron irradiation at low fluence on high Tc superconductors was studied. It was found that this effect was nearly the same with the fast neutron irradiation reported by other research groups. The mechanism of the effect was discussed.
