氚标记小檗碱的制备

【摘要】 用氚气和5%PdO/BaSO4反应生成新生的氚水,然后在催化剂(Pd)存在下,与小檗碱进行非均相催化氢-氚同位素交换反应,制得氚标记物。纯化后,氚化产物的放射性比活度为36.8GBq/mmol,放化纯度经HPLC和TLC测定均>95%。

【Abstract】 Tritiated berberine was prepared by heterogeneous catalysed exchange in newborn triti-ated water, using a metal hydrogen transfer catalyst such as Pd. After purifying, the tritiat-ed products was obtained with specific activity 36. 8 GBq/mmol. The radiochemical purity was over 95% by TLC and HPLC.
