【Abstract】 The X - ray fluorescence micro-scanning analysis of some typical regions in the Nandan iron meteorite was made by means of a synchronous radiation device and a rotating target X-ray generator. The micro -region distributions and quantitative results of As,Au, Ca, Co, Cr, Cu, Fe, Ga, Ge, Mn, Ni, Os, Pt, S, Se, Ti, V and Zn were given. The related expe -rimental technique was discussed.更多还原
