制定无组织排放恶臭物质浓度控制标准值的技术路线探讨

【摘要】 本文参考国外资料、结合我国国情,论述了制定无组织排放恶臭物质浓度控制标准值的技术路线。并以氨为实例,就其嗅阈值的确立,及六级强度等级,人群可适应性实验,阐明了控制标准值确立的方法和程序。确立的8种恶臭物质的控制标准,均基于大量实验数据,具有较好的实用性和科学性。

【Abstract】 Taking the data available abroad for reference and in the light of the situation in China, this article studies the technical line for the formulation of the concentration control standard value in the unorganized discharge of odor substance, Taking NH3 as an example, it discusses the establishment of the odor threshold value and the experiments on the adaptation of people to the sixth grade of odor strength, and expounds the method and sequence of the establishment of the control standard value.The eight kinds of odor substance control standard value in this article are based on a large amount of experimental data, which are considerably valuable from both the practical and scientific viewpoints.
