【Abstract】 A method is developed to co-determine the residues of Isocar-bophos and Isofenphos-methyl in husk rice. Residues are extracted from samples with acetone. Extracts are purified by ethyl acetate-water liquid partitioning and cleanup column with the mixture of Florisil, Alumina and Darco. The purified extracts are concentrated and then measured by GC with NPD. The gas chromatography column is packed with 2% DEGS/Chromosorb W. AW. DMCS (60-80 mesh). The method has minimum detectable amount of 1.3×10-11g and detection limit of 0.7ppb for Isocarbophos and 2.8×1012g and O.lppb for Isofenphos-methyl. Recoveries fortified with 0.05, 0.5 and 5ppm have averaged from 89.9 to 97.8% (C.F. ±3.42-5.58%) for Isocarbophos and from 100.7 to 104.9% (C. V. ±1.33-2.36%) for Isofenphos-methyl.更多还原
