【摘要】 采用风险期望损失的概念,对防洪抢险所产生的经济效益作了定量分析计算,并提出了经济效益的动态计算方法。文中还以福建省漳州市为例,对所提方法作了应用。计算结果表明,50年总的防洪净效益为1.72亿元,年平均为344万元,其中洪水预报所产生的经济效益为33万元,随着洪泛区国民经济的发展,其防洪效益会不断增加。更多还原

【Abstract】 The economic benefits of flood control are analyzed and computed,employing the concept of expected loss of risk.One method of dynamic computation of the economic benefits is proposed. The case study for Zhangzhou city of Fujian Province shows that the benefit of flood control is great, the total benefit in fifty years reaching 1.72 billion Yuan,with the annual mean of 3.44 million Yuan,in which the annual mean benefit of flood forecast is 0.33 million Yuan.The economic bene- fits of flood control increase continuously with the economic development within the flood plain area.更多还原
