【摘要】 本文讨论了模糊(兼智能)控制在辊道窑温度控制系统中的应用。在实际控制中,作者总结了有经验工人的操作规律,结合理论指导,且经反复现场修改获得了一个行之有效的控制查询表,特别是提出了一种有效的实现积分作用,但又能防止积分饱和及去除积分饱和的方法,把部分智能判断结合进模糊调节器中,设计出一个模糊(兼智能)的调节器,并把它作为主调节器构成了模糊智能—PID串级系统。经过在工厂的实际应用证明该系统是先进而且有效的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Application of fuzzy intelligent control to the temperature control system in a table roller kiln is discussed here. A fuzzy inteligent controller, which is a fuzzy controller designed with intelligent decision is employed as a primary controller to constitute a PID cascade controt system characterized by fuzzy intelligence. It has been proved by practical application in a factory that this system is efficient and advanced.更多还原
