导流管型鼓泡塔中的液体循环
LIQUID CIRCULATION IN AN INTERNAL LOOP REACTOR
【摘要】 在装有不同直径导流管的塔中,采用能悬浮于水中的固体示踪颗粒测量液体循环时间,提出无因次循环时间(θc)和液体循环速度(VLR)的实验关联式.在导流管充气的塔中实验获得最小液体循环时间的临界直径比(DR/Do)c当(DR/Do)≥(DR/Do)c时,θc和 VLR值的计算可采用环隙区中充气塔的相应关联式.
【Abstract】 The liquid circulation time in the internal loop reactor (0.112 m in diameter) with draft tubes of three different diameters is measured with solid tracer particles which can be suspended freely in water.Experimental correlations for dimensionless circulation time(θc) and liquid circulation velocity(VLR)are proposed. It is found experimentally that the minimum liquid circulation time occurs at a critical diameter ratio(DR/D0)c in draught tube sparged reactor.When DR/D0≥(DR/D0)c,the predicted values of θc and VLR may be calculated by the corresponding correlation for the annulus sparged reactor.
