北京同步辐射装置X光光刻束线监测系统
The Beam Monitoring System for 3B1 on BSRF
【摘要】 本文介绍了安装在北京同步辐射装置(BSRF)3B1束线上的自制同步辐射光束在线监测系统,对光束垂直位置、光斑均匀性及光刻曝光量(同步光积分光强)实现了在线监控,给出了实时在线测试结果。
