S1A-02DFC燃机燃烧室注蒸汽系统设计与调试
Design and Adjustment of Injection Steam System of Combustion Chamber Of S1A-02DFC Gas Turbine
【摘要】 本文对S1A-02DFC燃机的注蒸汽系统原理、结构和设计要点作了简要介绍,计算并给出了该燃机单管燃烧室改装前后空气流量、流速及温度的轴向分布.不同尺寸的注汽喷嘴参与整机运行,测取了注汽喷嘴前后压力,温度及注汽量等参数.最后调试试车表明注蒸汽系统改装设计是成功的.并为我国地面燃气轮机进一步开发和提高经济效益提供了有效的方法和可供参考的资料和数据.
【Abstract】 The principle, construction and design factors of steam injection system of S1A-02DFC gas turbine powerplant are presented in this paper.The axial distributions of gas flow rate, gas velocity and temperature in that combustion chamber before and after refitting the gas turbine are also given.During practical operation of the SlA-02DFC plant provided with three injection nozzles of different sizes the pressures, temperatures and the quantity of injection steam at inlets and exits of the nozzles were measured.The final adjusting tests results show that the design of the steam injection system is successful.These results and data in the paper will facilitate the development of industrial gas turbines with respect to the whole economy.
