【Abstract】 Based on knowledge engineering, this paper establishs an expert system for evaluating the technological reform effect of metallurgical industry with micu-computer according to literature(1). This system consists of two parts:1)subordinate systems for evalution; 2)subortinate systems for protecting knowledge.
