一种分析织构材料塑性各向异性的力学方法
A Method for Analyzing Plastic Anisotropy of Textured Materials
【摘要】 本文介绍了一种既能直接反映织构影响,又比晶体力方法更为简捷的方法(CMTP法)。用CMTP法预报材料的塑性各向异性时,计算量与屈服函数的型式有关。本文提出了一种改进的半二次型屈服函数,能用较少的计算量达到较好的预报效果,对一种深冲用铝镇静钢板变形比R值的预报与实验结果符合较好。
【Abstract】 The CMTP method, which accounts for texture effects and is easy to apply, was introduced for predicting plastic anisotropy in this paper. The copmputing time is related to the kind of the CMTP yield function (YF). A semi-quadratic YF was proposed to reduce the time for the calculation. The reasonability of the new YF was proved by making the comparison between the R value predictions for an AKDO steel and the experimental results.
