黄芪提取物对人皮肤表皮细胞抗衰老的研究

【摘要】 本文报道以人皮肤表皮细胞体外培养的方法,研究中药黄芪抗人体皮肤表皮细胞衰老的效应,发现黄芪提取物能促进体外培养人表皮细胞的分裂能力,并可显著延长表皮细胞的寿命。此外,本文还以人表皮细胞悬液和人红细胞膜为材料,检测其经γ-射线辐射后,丙二醛和脂褐素含量的变化,发现黄芪提取物具有明显抑制因辐射引起的脂质过氧化和脂褐素含量增加的作用。从而首次证明黄芪对人皮肤表皮细胞具有明显的抗衰老作用。

【Abstract】 Human epidermal cells are cultured in vitro to observe the effect of Astragaluson the growth rate and life--span of the cells. The data of experiments show thatthe growth rate of experimental group treated with Astragalus is raised singnifi-cantly in comparison with the control group. The life-span of the treated cells isaslo prolonged, The authors conclude therefore that Astragalus can protect humanepidermal cells againist senility. When human epidermal cells and erythrocytemembrance are irradiated with γ-ray and subsequently incubated for 4h at 37℃,the formation of MDA and lipofuscin is observed. The authors find that there is agreater increasing of MDA and lipofuscin in control group than in the experime-ntal group treated with 5μg/ml Astragalus extract. It indicates that Astragalushas an anti-irradiation effect.
