辨识被测凸轮轴安装偏心量的对径谐波法
OPPOSITE RADIAL HARMONIC METHOD FOR IDENTIFYING THE MOUNTING ECCENTRIC MAGNITUDE OF THE MEASURED CAMSHAFT
【摘要】 凸轮轴在检测仪上的安装偏心,影响凸轮轴上凸轮廓形尺寸的测量精度。本文提出一种辨识被测凸轮轴安装偏心量的对径谐波法,证明了用对径谐波法所辨识的偏心量符合最小二乘准则。此法在实际测量中获得了满意的效果
【Abstract】 The off-centre of the camshaft which is mounted on the detector affects the accuracy of measuring the cam outline dimension. The present paper is intended to offer an opposite radial harmonic method that can be used to identify the mounting eccentric magnitude of the measured camshaft. It is proved that the eccentric magnitude identified by opposite radial hamonic methed, is in conformity with the principle of least square. In practical measurement highly-satisfactory results are obtained by employing this method.
