抗冻剂对中国对虾胚胎的毒性和渗透性的实验研究

【摘要】 对中国对虾胚胎在低温保存前的预处理过程中,抗冻剂溶液的毒性和渗透性进行了实验研究。结果表明:中国对虾晚期胚胎比前期胚胎有更强的抗毒能力,且二甲亚砜毒性较甘油小,胚胎表面受精膜对水的渗透性很好,而对二甲亚砜和甘油基本上不渗透。

【Abstract】 The Chinese prawn embryos in several developing stages are exposed to vcarious cryoprotective agents (CPA) brine solutions for toxicity and permeability study. CPA toxicity experiment shows that the embryos in gastrula or later stages can be more viable when surviving in GPA brine, DMSO is more suitable than glycerol as cryoprotective agents. Digital image processing technology is used to obtain the embryo volume changes during precryoprotection handling process, and a complicated CPA permeation model for embryos with two membrane is developed to analyse the experimental data. The results show that water can permeate the primary membrane of the Chinese prawn embryo, but DMSO and glycerol can not.
