芳纶废浆液的回收利用

【摘要】 研究了PPTA纺丝废液回收的工艺路线,采用蒸馏水洗,干燥,粉碎,回收聚合体或用NaHCO3中和,自来水洗,蒸馏水洗,干燥,粉碎,回收聚合体的工艺路线最佳,粘度降小于0.6.采用蒸馏水洗,可使回收聚合体的灰分小于800ppm。回收聚合作(ηinh=3.67)可纺性能好,其纤维的力学性能为纤度2.22dtex,强度129.4 cN/tex,模量2815.6 cN/tex,伸长5.42%。

【Abstract】 The technological processes for recovery of waste PPTA dope were studied. Two optimal processes have been found, one of which comprises washing with distilledwater, drying, pulverization and recovery of polymer, the other one follows thesame procedure except that neutralizing with NaHCO3, washing with water anddistilled water. The intrinsic viscosity drop is less than 0.6. Washing with distilledwater may make the ash content of the recovered polymer less than 800 ppm. Ne-utralizing with NaHCO3, then washing, the acid content of the recovered polymercan be decreased to 1.91ppm. The spinnability of the recovered polymer is good andthe mechanical properties of its fiber are as follows, titer 22.2 tex, tenacity129.4cN/tex, modulus 2815.6cN/tex, breaking elongation 5.42%.
