【摘要】 用吸收度比值法不经分离可同时测定脑清片中氨基比林和咖啡因的含量。浓度范围氨基比林在4～40μg/ml;咖啡因在1～10μg/ml。符合Lamber-Beer定律。平均回收率分别为100.3％,CV％=0.47;100.7％,CV％=0.52。样品测定结果与河北药品标准法测得结果基本一致。方法简便易行。更多还原

【Abstract】 This article introduces the application of the determinations of pyramidon and caffeine in NAOQING PIAN by absorbance ratio. The pyramidon at the coacentration range of 4～40μg/ml and the caffeine at 1～10μg/ml, follow Beer’s law. On the basis of recovery rate and data observed it concludes that this method is accurate, reliable, more simple and rapid as compared with the standard pharmacy regulations of Hebei Provice.更多还原
