【Abstract】 ATP and cAMP of 4 batches of transfer factor (TF) purified from human being’s spleen,tonsil and WBC were measured by isovelocity phoresis (IP) method.After many repetitions,the results were similar.All the variation coefficients were <5%.We suggest that IP method could be as an analysis routine for measuring ATP and cAMP of TF.更多还原
