【Abstract】 The ultrastructure of the marrow cells in 8 patients with EHF was observed in this paper.Most marrow cells showed some degree of ultrastructural abnormal such as degeneration abstract vaculoiza- tion lysis.The rough endophasmic reticulum and Golgi’s complexes were distended.Typical EHF viral particle about 100 nm in diameter and special viral inclusion were found in the marrow cells.The EHF antigens were also detected with protein A-gold technique.The rusults above suggested that the marrow cells served as a site of viral replication and accumulation.更多还原
