【摘要】 本研究用~3H-胆固醇标记血浆脂蛋白,血浆经3.75％PAGE,可将脂蛋白分成HDL、LDL和VLDL。分别测定各脂蛋白的每分钟计数(cpm),并计算放射化学纯度。HDL、LDL和VLDL的放射化学纯度分别为99％、96％和94％。本法标记的脂蛋白具有一定的化学稳定性,不改变生物活性和其他理化性质等优点。可通过制备性PAGE纯化~3H-胆固醇标记的脂蛋白。该方法操作简单,~3H-胆固醇半衰期长,可广泛应用于血浆脂蛋白代谢的研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 Rabbit plasma lipoproteins were incubated with ~3H-cholesterol for 30min at 37℃.After incuba- tion lipoproteins were isolated with 3.75％ PAGE.Raidoactivity of ~3H-cholesterol labelled lipoproteins were measured with Liquid Scintillation Counter.Radiation chemical purity of HDL,LDL and VLDL are 99％,96％and 94％respectively.Property of labelled lipoproteins are chemical stable.Immunore- activity of labelled lipoproteins are the same as unlabelled lipoproteins.更多还原
