多效唑在小麦上的应用研究

【摘要】 本文对多效唑(MET)在小麦(品种:农大146)上的应用作了研究,结果表明,利用多效唑进行浸种、土壤撒施和田间喷洒均能有效控制小麦倒伏,增加产量。其中,浸种的最佳浓度为100mg·kg-1,越冬前(浇冻水前),土壤撒施的最佳药量为1g/mu(有效成分);春季从返青期至拔节期喷洒的适宜浓度为100~200mg·kg-1,土壤撒施为4~8g/mu(有效成分)。在高播量(32万基本苗)下喷洒仍能控制倒伏,但也加重了贪青的威胁,粒重下降严重,结果达不到增产的目地。

【Abstract】 The application of MET on wheat were srudied in this paper. MET cantrolled lodging effectively and increased wheat yield when it was used after soaking, spraying and sell application. The eptimum concentration for soaking was 100mg kg-I, and for soil application before winter, the best rate was 1g/mu (active ingredient) .In spring season, from regreen to jointing of wheat plant, the most available rates were 100—200mg. kg-1 for foliar spraying and 4~8g/mu (active ingredient) for soil application respectively. At higher plant population (320,000 seedling/mu), lodging could be also controlled by MET application, but the wheat plant ripened too late and the grain weight decreased seriously, as a result, the grainyield didn’t increase.
