化学法处理多氯联苯实验研究
EXPERIMENTAL STUDIES ON THE TREATMENT OF POLYCHLORINATED BIPHENYLS (PCB_s) WITH CHEMICAL METHODS
【摘要】 本文提出两种多氯联苯(PCBs)处理方法。方法一,以甲醇—四氢呋喃为溶剂,在中性介质,低温(40℃),常压下实现PCBs脱氯,脱氯效率达90%以上,反应产物为联苯。该方法已用于电容器中PCBs的脱氯处理。方法二,通过聚乙二醇(PEG)——氢氧化钠与PCBs反应来破坏PCBs。反应温度约100—189℃,反应时间1—2.5小时,破坏率为99%。
【Abstract】 The paper describes two methods for the treatment of PCBs.The catalytic transfer hydrogenolytic procedure, the first method, using methanol—tetrahydrofuran as solvent, for the dechlorination of PCBs is studied. The dechlorinalion efficiency of 94—100 precent is achieved in neutral media at low temperature(40℃) and ambient pressure. The second method is to let PCBs react with polyethylene (PEG) and sodium hydroxide under relatively mild conditions. The complete reaction occurs at 100—189℃ in 1—2 hours. The destruction efficiency is observed to be 99%.
