PPC/NBR弹性体结构和性能研究
THE STUDY ON THE STRUCTURE AND PROPERTIES OF PPC/NBR ELASTOMERS
【摘要】 本文研究了聚丙撑碳酸酯(PPC)/丁腈橡胶(NBR)弹性体形态结构、动态力学性能、力学性能、耐油、耐热氧老化以及耐化学介质稳定性。发现PPC/NBR弹性体呈现互相贯穿的聚合物网络(IPN)的结构特征。PPC存在使NBR扯断强力,扯断伸长率大幅度提高,PPC/NBR弹性体具有优良的耐油及耐热氧化老稳定性。
【Abstract】 In this paper, the structure and properties of PPC/NBR elastomers were studied. By using peroxide vulcanizing agent(DCF), the IPNs were formed in PPC/NBR elastomers. Dynamic mechanical results and TEM show that PPC/NBR system has two phase structure. The tensile strength and elongation at break were greatly increased by adding PPC. The properties of oil resistance and heat stability of PPC/NBR elastomers are as good as pure NBR elastomer.
