【Abstract】 X-ray diffraction, differential thermal analysis and electron microscope were used to select the operation condition for the synthesis of 4A zeolite and to investigate the state of materials in various steps. From kaolin to zeolite, an order-disorder-order transition in material microstructure was distinctly observed from the diagrams obtained. The reaction between calicinated kaolin and NaOH for zeolite generation was indicated by the kinetics curve to possess an induction period and an autocatalytic character.更多还原
