温度和加载速率对PVC力学性能影响的试验研究
EFFECTS OF TEMPERATURE AND LOAD RATE ON MECHANICAL PROPERTIES OF PVC
【摘要】 本文研究了加载速率对PVC拉仲、弯曲性能的影响规律及试验温度对PVC冲击强度的影响。探讨了PVC在外加载荷作用下的断裂过程和高速拉伸的“应力松驰”现象的产生机制。
【Abstract】 Effects of temperature on impact strength of PVC and the effects od load rate on mechanical properties under tension and bending load of PVC are Studied. The results show that there are two rules of the impact strength of PVC as the temperature changes. The fracture mechanism of PVC under applied load and the cause of ’stress relaxation under high speed tension load are discussed.
