急进高山健康人血液内Ⅷ:C、ⅧR:Ag及纤溶酶原的活性变化观察
OBSERVATION ON ACTIVITES OF PLASMINOGEN, Ⅷ: C ANDⅧr: Ag OF BLOOD IN HEALTHY MEN AFTER ACUTLY ENTERING HIGHLAND
【摘要】 本文对海拔2300米(西宁)自身队员17例(均为健康男性,年龄为26~41岁),五天内进抵海拔4600米(青海阿尼玛卿雪山下),小住五日,测定Ⅶ:C,ⅦR:Ag,纤溶酶原,并与世居藏民12例(男性,年龄为18~55岁)进行对照。如果说明急进高山,在急性缺氧情况下,凝血因子活性可下降,自身对照是明显的,但世居藏民变化不大。
【Abstract】 We measurde Ⅷ: C, ⅧR: Ag and plasminogen (PLG)in 17 healthy men acutely entering highland. The subjects were men, 26~41 years old(mean32.2±4.7). The control were 12 native Tibetan, 18~35 years old(mean 30.9±11.5). The measurements were made before and after staying high altitude for 5 days. The results were as follows t activity of Ⅷc: was 93.9±24.3 at altitude of 2 300m, 77.2±24.5 at altitude of 4660m in healthy men respectively,and 109.4±27.0 in the native Tibetan. Activity of ⅧR: Ag was 130.03±35.9 at 2300m, 70.9±40.2 at 4 660m in healthy men and 140.9±13.6 in native Tibetan. PLG was 94.7±15.1, 96.8±17.6, and 100.7±13.6 in turn. The results showed that both Ⅷ: C and ⅧR: Ag declined On the 5th day of acutely exposed to high altitude,The former reduced in the rate of 18%, the latter ih the rate of 45.5%, PLG had no changes, The values of native Tibetan (4660m) were higher than normal adults in Xining, but the difference were not siginificant(P>0.05). The coagalative factors especially ⅧR: Ag reduced after acutely exposed to high altitude, but fibrinolytic activity had no changes. Coagulative factors of native Tibetan were nearly the same as the values obtained from plain. It indicated Tibetan had better adaption to hypoxia.
