脑电地形图对多灶性与单灶性脑梗塞的研究

【摘要】 本文应用脑电地形图观察了经头颅CT证实的40例多灶性脑梗塞和20例单灶性脑梗塞,并与40例正常人作对照,结合临床和CT表现,比较分析了多灶性脑梗塞和单灶性脑梗塞的脑电地形图特点,讨论了脑电地形图所见。

【Abstract】 The computer EEG topographical(CET) features of 40 cases of multiple brain infarction (group A) and 20 cases of single brain infarction (group B) were studied and compared with those of 40 normal persons(group C). Both the group A and B were identified with CT scanning of the herd. The results showed that (1) the δ and θ band powers in group A, B and C were 15.04±4.86 and 17.16±4.31,14.55±7.66 and 18.55±5.76,and 10.63±1.53 and 10.80± 2.33μv(mean±SD), respectively; (2)the α1 and α2 band powers in group A,B and C were 16.36±7.50 and 12.36±5.46,14.30±5.25, and 13.55±5.09, and 21.76±12.06. and 17.46±8.9 4,respectively, (3) the proportions of asymmetrical distributions of δ,θ and σ1 bands in group A and B were increased significantly; (4)focal δ and θ band power increased areas were defected only in group B, while more than one focal δ and θ band power increased areas occured in a part cases of group A, besides, diffused δ and θ band power increased areas were found in some cases of group A.
