接铅男工副性腺分泌功能研究
EFFECTS OF LEAD EXPOSURE ON THE SECRETORY FUNCTION OF ACCESSORY GENITAL GLANDS
【摘要】 对154名男工所作的研究表明,接触组男工平均血铅和精铅浓度分别为2.09和2.20μmol/L,明显高于对照组(1.07和0.90μmol/L),有显著性差异(P<0.05)。接触组一次射精精液中果糖总量为36.60mmol,明显低于对照组(50.37mmol),有显著性差异(P<0.05)。而接触组精浆中镁的浓度明显低于对照组,分别为1.60和2.03mmol/L(P<0.05)。接触工人精浆中柠檬酸、果糖、锌的浓度分别为32.01mmol/L、14.27mmol/L和3.82mmol/L,对照组分别为30.22mmol/L,15.58mmol/L和3.72mmol/L,两组间无显著性差异(P>0.05);与对照组相比,接触组一次射精精液中柠檬酸和锌总量略有下降,接触组分别为81.74mmol、9.93μmol,对照组为91.87mmol、11.29μmol,但差异无统计学显著性(P>0.05);以上结果提示:铅接触可影响前列腺、精囊等副性腺的正常分泌功能,是造成精液质量下降的可能原因之一。
【Abstract】 The secretory function of prostate and seminal vesicles was assessed by analyses of the concentration of zinc, magnesium, citric acid and fructose in seminal fluid. The average concentration of magnesium in seminal fluid of exposed workers was 1.60mmol/L, and was lower than that of non-exposed ones (2.03 mmol/L)significantly (P<0.05). The average total amount of fructose per ejaculation in exposed group(36.60mmol) was also less than that in non-exposed one (50.37mmol) (P<0.05).No significant difference in concentrations of citric acid, fructose and zinc was found between the two groups.The average concentrations of citric acid, fructose and zinc in seminal fluid were 32.01,14.27, 3.82mmol/L in exposed workers, and 30.22, 15.58, 3.72mmol/L in control ones, respectively(P>0.05) . The averge total amounts of citric acid and zinc per ejaculation in exposed workers (81.74mmol and 9.93μmol) were decreased lightly, but did not differ from the non-exposed workers (91.87mmol and 11.29μmol) remarkably(P>0.05). It was considered that lead exposure could affect the secretory function of some of the accessory genital gland, such as prostate and seminal vesicles.
