氡子体与粉尘净化器的研究
Research on Radon Daughter and Dust Cleaner
【摘要】 由小型静电级《EP级)、高效纤维过滤除尘级(DV 级)、中高效氡子体微粒过滤级(PP 级)组成的氡子体与粉尘净化器,在供风困难的作业区域使用,可利用循环风流净化作业面的空气,既满足对氡子体与粉尘的净化要求,又节省能耗。实验表明,当净化空间容积一定时,净化器的使用效果主要取决于净化效率和处理风量。氡子体的净化效率可达95%以上,总粉尘的净化效率可达99%左右,呼吸性粉尘的净化效率可达95%。
【Abstract】 The radon daughter and dust cleaner consisting of three stages highly-effective fabric filtering and moderate/high-efficiency radon daughter particles filtering,when used in the area where air supplying is difficult,can clean the recirculating air at working face not only meeting the demand for radon daughter and dust cleaning,but also saving energy. Experiments indicate that,if the volume of the space to be cleaned is assumed constant, the effectiveness of the cleaner mainly depends on the cleaning efficiency and the air rate treated,and that the cleaning efficiencies for radon daughter,total dust and respirable dust are up to 95%,99% and 95% respectively.
